Not happy with your order? No problem.
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order
Free returns apply only to orders shipped within the EU.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original labels and packaging attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to return

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (EU only)

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method

If you wish to return an item from outside the EU, please email us at info@syde.store, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs.
